Our commitment
Committed to Dynamics GP
for the next 10 years
A plain-language promise from Nanook Software to every GP customer we serve.
Microsoft's roadmap for Dynamics GP has changed more than once, and the headlines love the words "end of life." So here is our position, stated as plainly as we can: Nanook Software is committed to Dynamics GP development and support for the next decade. Wherever the roadmap goes, we're not going anywhere.
That pledge is now in writing. Nanook Software is a proud member of the Knights of GP — Preferred ISVs and partners who have committed to ten more years of Dynamics GP development and support. It isn't sentiment; it's a plan. GP is mature, stable software with deep roots in thousands of businesses, and as long as it's running yours, you'll have a partner who knows it inside and out, keeps it healthy, and keeps building on it.
What this means in practice
Five promises we can keep
Community, first and always
Helping the Dynamics GP community — sharing knowledge, answering questions, showing up — has been a passion of Kerry's since Convergence #1 in 1997, where Doug Burgum's customer-first brand of leadership instilled it for good. Nearly three decades later it still drives how Nanook works: serving as Dynamics GP Community Leader at Dynamics Communities, contributing sessions and answers wherever GP people gather, and giving away as much knowledge as we sell. A strong community makes every GP customer stronger — including yours.
Upgrades that keep pace
Version updates, year-end releases, SQL Server moves — we keep your GP environment current, stable, and supported.
Support with no countdown
Day-to-day help, troubleshooting, and system management for as long as you run GP. No wind-down clock on our end.
Development that keeps building
New Dexterity, .NET, and SQL work — custom features and integrations don't stop because the headlines say so.
Straight answers
If the day ever comes when a move truly serves your business better, you'll hear it from us first — with an honest plan, not a sales pitch.
